Jean
is the principal of Personal Brand Management. She has 17
years experience in writing, editing and advising on the presentation
of business communication across a wide range of print and
electronic media. She works with clients to develop written
communication that is clear, consistent and sympathetic to
their corporate branding. She develops for her clients:
· Marketing materials including brochures and web copy
· Proposals to win business
· Newsletters
· Reports for internal and external audiences
· Training workbooks for participants and manuals for
trainers
· Annual reports and prospectuses
She will also assist in developing an organisation’s
house style.
Clients include professional service firms, finance companies,
training companies, government departments and a diverse range
of small businesses.
Jean’s professional background is in commercial law,
publishing management and professional services marketing.
Jean has
developed marketing and training materials for the First Impressions
Group and was the principal writer of Executive Style, co-authored
with Evelyn Lundström.

Emma
is the founder and director of Huntley Design.
She has worked in the design industry for five years, creating
stylish, unique and innovative designs for various clients,
in the theatre, photographic, communications and image consulting
industries - for advertising, promotion, display and the
web.
Emma is the designer of the First Impressions website.

has been producing outstanding portraits in business and
private settings for over seven years. He has a reputation
for capturing the personality of his subjects with creativity,
sensitivity and insight.
Projects

Alison is a professionally qualified speech pathologist
who specialises in accent, voice and speech enhancement.
She is author of a definitive text on pronunciation change
that is used in university training both in Australia and
overseas. Alison has coached people from all walks of life
and her clients are dealt with in the strictest confidence.
Speaking
style conveys powerful messages. A change in style changes
your image and the way others respond to you. Alison will
give you frank feedback on the impact of your style and,
